To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
For any and all streets or any other roadways, crosswalks, walkways, or other thoroughfares within this municipality that have been painted with rainbow colors or some approximation thereof:
- Cost and budget materials for the painting project, such as the project budget
- Any and all contract materials related to contracts set up to paint the area as a rainbow
- Any and all communications relating to the rainbow paint project
- Any and all complaints about the rainbow walkways and/or roadways
- Incident reports of vandalism to the rainbow walkways and/or roadways
For roadways painted in the standard way:
- Budget reports, materials, and estimates for the costs of paint and labor.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Komatsoulis,
I am in receipt of your open record request that pertain to documentation of any and all streets or any other roadways, crosswalks, walkways, or other thoroughfares within this municipality that have been painted with rainbow colors or some approximation thereof. The search will be conducted for your requested, and I will advise you of our findings before or by COB July 27, 2018.
Per the Georgia Open Records Act, certain fees may apply associated with administrative and copy charges. Our fees are $12.47 per hour or the hourly wage of the person most capable of researching and copying information minus the complimentary first 15 minutes spent on your request. As well, there could be a $0.10 per page copy charge, however if the documents can be provided electronically there is no cost assessed should we be the custodian of these documents. Payment must be received prior to the release of records.

I'm following up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on June 7, 2018. You had previously indicated that it would be completed on July 27, 2018. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated completion date.

Good afternoon,
Due to holiday vacations of key staff, additional time is needed to conclude that no additional requested documents exist. However the responsive records compiled thus far are attached, and I will follow-up with you by Friday, August 9, 2018. I will advise that for incident reports of vandalism to the rainbow walkways and/or roadways, please contact the Atlanta Police Department.
