Request for Body Cam Footage of Incident – Scott Russell Granden Arrest

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Location: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, GA
Individual Involved: Scott Russell Granden, 36
Incident Summary: Granden was arrested upon landing after allegedly sexually assaulting a female passenger aboard a Southwest Airlines flight. The victim reported that Granden groped her while she was asleep and later smacked her buttocks when she stood up. Upon arrival at the airport, Atlanta Police officers detained Granden, who was reportedly intoxicated and made racist and homophobic slurs toward officers. He also pulled down his pants and shouted inappropriate remarks.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who:

Responded to the aircraft upon landing and interacted with Scott Russell Granden.
Documented Granden’s statements and behavior during his detention and arrest.
Transported Granden following the arrest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
