Contract for the Chief of Police

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

I would like all documentation including but not limited to a "contract" between the City of Auburn NY (and/or anyone acting on behalf of the City of Auburn NY) and Police Chief Brian Neagle detailing terms of employment, compensation, incentives, expectations and anything else specific to Brian Neagle as it relates to his employment with the City of Auburn NY.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
