the price of licenses for any electronic form software purchased by the City in the last five years
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

1. Seamless Docs Subscription
a. 2014 fee of $9,500.00
b. 2015 fee of $9,950.00
2. The City also has approximately 23 Adobe Acrobat Pro perpetual licenses.
a. Current cost through government contract is $379.27 per license.

Subject: FOIA on Seamless Docs
Good Morning
We received the attached FOIA in reference to the Seamless Docs package that we purchased last year. As you know Mary is out, but I know it was a group effort to pull together the resources last year in order to get the contract signed and invoice paid, so I am copying as many folks as I can that I believe were in the process.
The FOIA is asking for any prices on forms software from the last 5 years. All I am aware is from last year. If anyone else can shed any light on anything used previously that would be greatly appreciated.
