1) Records relating to "Thank You Spa", a health spa located at 1916 Fort View Rd, Austin, TX 78704, since January 1, 2020.
2) Records records pertaining to the address 1916 Fort View Rd, Austin, TX 78704 since January 1, 2020.
To minimize the scope of the search, please limit to:
1) Correspondence records pertaining to the above
2) Complaint or investigation records pertaining to the above
It's possible that this business will appear in documents pertaining to sex trafficking.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
