To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any communications received, sent, or created by or for Chancellor Michael Williams, President Harrison Keller, Regent Laura Wright, Steve Moore, or any person employed by the University of North Texas System Office of Government Relations, on or after January 20, 2025, which either:
(a) concerns drag performances, including the GLAD Queer Alliance UNT Drag Show 2025 scheduled for April 10 and the UNT Gammas Drag Night with the Gammas scheduled for April 11; or
(b) contains any of the following terms: "Executive Order", "gender ideology", "Queer Empowerment", "drag show", "drag shows", "drag performance", "drag performances", "drag night", "queer alliance", "YDSA", or "Young Democrats";
2. Any Title IX (or similar) complaint or report referencing the word "in drag", "drag performance", "drag show", "drag shows", or "drag performances". This request is limited to complaints filed on or after January 1, 2020.
3. Any records held by administrators or staff of the University of North Texas concerning the planning, logistics, or approval of (a) the GLAD Queer Alliance UNT Drag Show 2025 scheduled for April 10; or (b) the UNT Gammas Drag Night with the Gammas scheduled for April 11.
4. If the University of North Texas maintains a reservation system or database for event reservations, all entries (and records contained in the system) concerning (a) the GLAD Queer Alliance UNT Drag Show 2025 scheduled for April 10; or (b) the UNT Gammas Drag Night with the Gammas scheduled for April 11.
"Communications" means and includes emails, text messages, social media messages, letters, memoranda, calendar entries, chats, or any other form of one-to-one or one-to-many communication.
Please note that this request seeks public records wherever they may be found, including on devices or networks owned or operated by private parties. For example, if an employee uses a personal cell phone or social media account to conduct public business, records created, maintained, or held on the phone or account are public records subject to this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

(b) contains any of the following terms: "Executive Order", GA-44, GA44, Israel, Palestine, Palestinian, Israeli, Gaza, anti-semitic, antisemitic, anti-Israel, Muslim, Title VI, IHRA, propaganda, genocide, exhibit, First Amendment, free speech, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, Mitch Little, Jared Patterson, Richard Hayes, Andy Hopper, or Ben Bumgarner; or
(c) was sent to or received from one or more of the following lawmakers, their offices, or their aides: Mitch Little, Jared Patterson, Richard Hayes, Andy Hopper, or Ben Bumgarner.
