Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting the list of all active employees of the Baltimore City Police Department, as of June 1, 2020 or as close as possible. These records are kept by the BPD Human Resources department and should contain the following fields:
- Sequence number
- Employee ID number
- First name
- Last name
- Middle name
- Ethnic group
- Sex
- Age or year of birth
- Service date
- Rehire Date
- Promotion Date
- Job Code
- Job Title
- Supervisor ID
- Position number
- Grade
- GL Pay Type
- Locality
To be clear, I do not want the payroll data that is on Open Baltimore (data.baltimorecity.gov), as that data does not contain all the fields I am requesting and is only updated once per year.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
