I'm emailing to update you on your request for records regarding Cassie Jo Stoddard. This request was initiated via a public records request rather than a court records request. As such, it may have been pending with non-court departments prior to it being routed to the courts.

In order to best respond to a court records request, we need additional detail for the records you are seeking. Please note that there is a $1.00 per page fee for providing any record that does not exist in electronic form and $10.00 per cd/dvd for any audio/video/photographic records.

The documents and CD you've requested will be $1.00 per page for the document for a total of $15.00 and $10.00 for the CD, mailing for the CD is $2.50 because we use a special disk mailer that states to the postal service to avoid exposure to all magnetic fields if possible. Mr. Pasteris if you call with a credit card payment we also charge a $3.00 card processing fee therefore the total fee would be $30.50 or you could mail a check in the amount of $27.50 and the material will be sent.

I finally received the CD from the Exhibit Vault to copy the CD you requested on Brian Draper and Torey Adamcik, upon process you payment your credit card would only clear 4.36. The total payment is $15.50. $10.00 for CD, 2.50 for postage and 3.00 for credit card fee.

Please let me know when I can process your payment, once payment is received I'll mailed the CD.
