In view of the recent decision made by the Supervisor of Records regarding my previous request regarding Ronnie Moore, I believe the above records that I request would fall in line with the decision made by the Supervisor of records. Please respond to my request and redact information such as names of "witnesses" if you believe it would compromise any ongoing investigation. A simple link to a tip line does not say to me that Theresa's murder is currently being "investigated" and is "open"
