Pursuant to the Washington State Public Records Act {RCW 42.56.070}, I hereby request the following records: all Western Washington University emails sent to those trespassed on January 1, 2008 to January 1, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically by e-mail attachment.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 days.

Due to weather conditions, the University has been closed since Monday, February 11th and I have not been able to process the request in time for February 14. I am extending the deadline date to February 21 and thank you for your understanding.
I need some clarification regarding the records requested. Are you asking for those emails sent to those who have been a)permanently trespassed from the entire university b) trespassed permanently from a limited university property e-g, specific dormitory. Please note that we cannot process this request adequately without a response to this email, I look forward to receiving your response soon.

Thank you for following up. I’m asking for the emails sent to individuals who have been both permanently trespassed from the entire campus as well as those trespassed from specific locations on campus. I’m interested in seeing the language used throughout the emails - whether the email was sent from Michael Sledge, Chief Rasmussen, etc.
