Beth Haener,

Thank you for the summary of the monthly RIPA presentations made to your council. This is NOT responsive to my request. As your Chief Wu knows, the Office of the Attorney General of the State of California requires regular reporting of RIPA as proscribed by the RIPA Board. This full data has is being reported to the state by all other Marin police departments and the Sheriff's Office and has been provided for the requested period in response to an identical request.

Therefore, I repeat my original Public Records Request, to wit I request the following in the format provided to the RIPA board whether formatted by the City of Belvedere or any vendor to the Town.

Best Regards,
Frank Shinneman

Dear Mr. Shinneman,

Attached is an excel spreadsheet that is responsive to your request.

Please note that the City of Belvedere does not typically have possession of this information in this format. In this unusual circumstance, we have a record that is responsive to your request – but in the future, it is very unlikely that the City would be in possession of similar documents for a different timeframe.

Thank you,

Beth Haener
