Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A videotape, or facsimile of the entire 20 minute video content of the 1987 Washington Township "Massey House Trashing" as described in the March 9, 1987 article, "House Trashing: Parents videotape destruction caused by teens" The Daily Register, Red Bank, NJ, Page 8 (included.)
Persons associated with the material and the event are Michael Massey (homeowner), Lisa Massey (daughter of homeowner), Linda Casey (co-President of the Parent Teacher Teen Organization), and Detective Lester Brader.
I also request any and all additional known written and recorded records or other material associated with the videotape, the event itself, interviews with associated parties, documentation, recordings, meeting minutes, etc. of the Parent Teacher Teen Organization meeting described in the article.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
