All policies, procedures, and training manuals that relate to managing people experiencing homelessness in the City of Berkeley.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The City is extending the response period by fourteen additional calendar days to January 10, 2025, based on the need to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records, and the need for consultation with two or more City departments or offices with substantial subject matter interest in the request. (Cal. Gov. Code § 7922.535(b)-(c) (formerly Gov. Code § 6253(c)).
