Court records for the 2016 case involving a teen being hit by a stray bullet at a private landowner's shooting range in the area of Dunham Drive, Hedgesville, West Virginia. This incident occurred in the Fall 2016-Winter 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
