All records for the 2016 case involving a teen being hit by a stray bullet at a private landowner's shooting range at 424 Dunham Drive and 476 Dunham Drive, Hedgesville, West Virginia. This incident occurred in October, 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
