Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
- The full text of any public job posting for the position of Assistant City Administrator, posted between January 1, 2011 and Dec. 9, 2015
- The location and date of any such posting
- Any city council minutes or deliberation about the creation of the position of Assistant City Administrator in that date range, including but not limited to discussion about its inclusion in the city budget
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Smith, Attached you will find your FOIA request, our #16-034. I apologies, once again my office did not receive this back in December of 2015. The e-mail address that it was sent from was identified as a spam e-mail and ended up in my spam box of 2-2-16, (see attached screen shot) as it may have back in December as well and had gone undetected. Below is the response from the City of Berwyn.
