Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all documents and communications relating to the threats of violence received by the Bethlehem Central School District and the Bethlehem Police Department, and any other Bethlehem agency from September 1, 2024 to current. Please include all documents and communications, including subpoenas and warrants issued to any third party companies or individuals or other government agencies.
All audio recordings of the threats of violence received by the Bethlehem Central School District and the Bethlehem Police Department, and any other Bethlehem agency from September 1, 2024 to current.
The phone number(s) from which above threats of violence originated from.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We received your request for records pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law on October 9, 2024.
This agency has determined that your request is being denied based on the following:
Public Officers (PBO) Chapter 57, Article 6, Section 87 Access to agency records:
2(e)
i. interfere with law enforcement investigations or judicial proceedings, provided however, that any agency, which is not conducting the investigation that the requested records relate to, that is considering denying access pursuant to this subparagraph shall receive confirmation from the law enforcement or investigating agency conducting the investigation that disclosure of such records will interfere with an ongoing investigation;
ii. deprive a person of a right to a fair trial or impartial adjudication;
