Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. A copy of any records generated as a result of any public records request (including, but not limited to, those by Adam Steinbaugh, Nicole Kanu, or Austin Bailey) for records pertaining to the Bigelow High School yearbook. This request includes, by way of example, any records reflecting efforts to respond to, fulfill, or locate records as a result of the request. This request is limited to records created on or after July 1, 2021.
2. A copy of any records pertaining to any decision to remove or alter content or pages from the 2020-2021 edition of the Bigelow High School yearbook. This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2021.
3. A copy of any records pertaining to efforts by the East End School District or Bigelow High School to address or respond to media inquiries relating to the 2020-2021 edition of the Bigelow High School yearbook. This request is limited to records generated on or after August 1, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm writing with respect to a pending FOIA request made on my behalf by Nicole Kanu, an Arkansas resident. A copy of that request, made on August 18, 2021, may be found here: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/bigelow-10000/renewed-request-re-community-backlash-117890.
Arkansas law requires that records be produced within three days. Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-105(e). Although some 42 days have lapsed since the request, I have not received an acknowledgment or any responsive records.
Can you apprise me as to when I can anticipate East End's compliance with its obligations under Arkansas' FOIA?
