Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all fines, suspensions, notices of noncompliance, trespass notices or other sanctions issued to livestock grazing permitees by the Bureau of Land Management's Montana State Office since January 1, 2020.
I am a reporter for the Nation, The Guardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

When reviewing your request we noticed that you have neglected to state whether or not you were willing to pay fees and how much you were willing to pay.
Our regulations require that your request must explicitly state that you will pay all fees associated with processing the request, that you will pay fees up to a specified amount, and/or that you are seeking a fee waiver.
