Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all fines, suspensions, notices of noncompliance, trespass notices or other sanctions issued to livestock grazing permitees by the Bureau of Land Management's Montana State Office (or its Montana field or district offices) since January 1, 2020.
I am a reporter for the Nation, The Guardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. As a representative of the news media I request a fee waiver. If my waiver is denied, I am willing to pay up to $50 for processing.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
