Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All investigative reports, complaints, tickets, or other documentation of alleged incidents of trespass grazing in BLM's Montana state office since January 1, 2015. If the agency has spreadsheets or other documents that offer a summation of incidents of trespass grazing I would seek such a document as a priority. I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
