Pursuant to Montana's Constitution, Article II, § 9, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the current Dog Registration or Dog License Database, to include: dog name, dog breed, tag number, fees and rabies expiration dates.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Hello,
I received a fax today with multiple messages regarding a public records request. I have never received a request from that address or name in the past, so I am not sure to whom the requests were sent previously (the recipient is not specified on the document that I received).
I have copied Tom Stinchfield, Animal Control Supervisor, onto this email. Tom will be able to assist with the requested information. The fee for public records is $.25 per page. Tom will be able to provide an estimate of the charges. We will need payment for the information prior to distributing the documents.
