To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All investigative reports, complaints, tickets, or other documentation of alleged incidents of trespass grazing in BLM's Montana state office since January 1, 2015. If the agency has spreadsheets or other documents that offer a summation of incidents of trespass grazing I would seek such a document as a priority. I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. As a representative of the news media I request a fee waiver. If my waiver is denied, I amm willing to pay up to $50 for processing.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
