Request for Body Cam Footage of Incident Involving Band Director at Jackson-Olin High School

Pursuant to the Alabama Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to formally request access to the bodycam footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) related to the incident that occurred on September 14 involving the band director at Minor High School in Birmingham, Alabama.

Incident Summary: Following the end of a football game between Jackson-Olin High School and Minor High School, the Minor High School band continued playing music for at least 18 minutes after the game concluded. The band director was confronted by police officers after refusing to stop the performance. Bodycam footage shows the band director arguing with officers and telling them to "get out of my face," before being restrained and tasered. The director was later treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital. He was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, and resisting arrest.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who responded to the incident at Jackson-Olin High School, including any footage that shows the interaction between the band director and police officers, as well as any subsequent actions leading to his arrest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
