Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting access to records related to the resolved portions of the case involving Jacob Walter (Case No. 19-CR-00028), which pertains to allegations of rape. Specifically, I am seeking any publicly available materials, such as indictments, affidavits, police reports, and transcripts or footage of interrogations, for charges or counts that have been adjudicated. I understand that some parts of this case may still be active, and I am not requesting records related to those unresolved aspects. If any part of this request pertains to active or exempt portions, I would greatly appreciate guidance on modifying my request to focus on accessible records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
