This correspondence serves as the 3 day acknowledgment of your Missouri Sunshine Law Request that was received for processing on 2/11/25. Sunshine Law Requests are processed in the order they are received, and like most agencies we have a large number of requests.
We will be in contact with you no later than 10 business days once we've had a chance to review the information you have provided. At that time, I will let you know if records are available for release and a cost estimate deposit.
Just after a brief glance of the information you provided, I know there will be quite a bit of initial research time as you only provided Court case numbers. I will need to contact the Courts in an attempt to see what agency was the arresting agency. Not all cases in Boone County are from the Sheriff’s Office as there are several municipalities in Boone County.

We have several large requests in the office at this time. Due to your request containing no Sheriff’s Office case numbers, this request will require our agency to inquire with the Courts and the Prosecutor’s Office for information. The Sheriff’s Office does not have access to all law enforcement agency reports. Additionally, the Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for criminal history for individuals. This is the responsibility of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. I will send you a cost estimate next week of the approximate cost to begin processing this request. Much of this work will be manual so I expect the cost to be at least $300 - $500 cost estimate.

It appears from the information given in your request, the following cases are Columbia Police Department cases. Please contact their agency for any records.
