To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all notices of enforcement (as described in Article 80, Section 80B-8(7)c(i) of the Boston Zoning Code) that the Commissioner of Inspection Services has sent to project applicants regarding a falsified disclosure statement or failure to file a disclosure statement since Jan. 1, 2017. Please note, if multiple notices of enforcement were sent to different parties regarding one disclosure statement it is only necessary to provide one copy of the notice.

A description of the notices of enforcement can be found on page 60 of Article 80 of the Boston Zoning Code: http://www.bostonplans.org/getattachment/c4a33d0a-9718-409c-9614-cbc3ac694180.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist and I intend to use the requested records to disseminate information in the public's interest.
