Dear Public Records Division,
I'm writing to appeal a lack of response to a public records request to the Boston Police Department.
As you can see in the email chain available at https://www.muckrock.com/foi/boston-3/contracts-with-and-work-product-from-peter-bellmio-for-boston-police-dept-126855, on 28 March 2022 I requested the following:
1. Any contracts between the Boston Police Department or City of Boston and Peter Bellmio or any company owned or run by Peter Bellmio in 2021 or 2022.
2. Any or all documents submitted by Peter Bellmio including but not limited to the following documents referred to in the "Proposal to Assist the Boston Police Department in Establishing a Staffing Analysis Process for Patrol Using Organizational Development Principles" submitted by Peter Bellmio to the Boston Police Department on 18 June 2021:
a) Project Work Plan
b) Workload and Performance Analysis
c) Staffing Options Charts
d) Staffing Assessment Report
To date, I have received no substantive response or recognition from the Police Department itself. The only responses I have received have been from the city's Public Records Office saying that they would be in contact with the Police Department, on 12 April and 20 April 2022.
with thanks,
Dave Weimer
