Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide the contract with the developers of the BOSTON WATER SEWER COMMISSION (BWSC) PARKING LOTS DISPOSITION PLANNING project. This should include the financial incentives and payments for their work on or ownership there of.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not made for commercial usage.
I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I hope this email finds you well. I am following up on your two Public
Records Requests for records pertaining to the BWSC Parking Lot project.
1. In regard to your first request for *"...the contract with the
developers of the BOSTON WATER SEWER COMMISSION (BWSC) PARKING LOTS

not have a "contract" with the development team. The information you are
seeking may be found in the Developer's Response to Request for
Proposals and the approved memo of the BPDA Board authorization to reward

2. Secondly, considering the broad nature of your request for *"All

helpful if you are able to narrow the parameters of your request so that
we may provide the results that best meet your needs. Are you
interested in communications only relevant to the proposed project or are
you also looking for emails relating to the parcel transfer with BWSC? If
you could please clarify your request and/or provide the search terms
that you would like us to use it would be much appreciated.
