For each of the above items, please include all the emails in a conversation/thread as long as one email in that conversation/thread matches the criteria. Please also include any attachments to the emails.

If there is a fee, can you also indicate what the fee would be if the request was limited to each of the email addresses specified above? (For example, how many emails are to/from/copied to Sonal Gandhi and what would be the fee, etc.) Can you also explain if an email would be included only once in the response even if it included multiple people named in the request?

Can you also explain the process when you retrieve emails, and if the search mechanism retrieves threads and conversations, or only individual emails?

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Even for 20,000 emails, this data should be more doable to provide because it does not include the full text or attachments of any emails, and would not require the same type of review. I request this data in machine-processable spreadsheets (e.g. CSV, SQL, XLS). Alternatively, the full email headers for these emails could be provided in CSV, SQL, or XLS format.

Second I am requesting emails in the following categories.

One: Emails (and attached/linked documents) between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 related to plans and discussions to possibly change the IDP, and/or include people using an email at landwiseadvisors.com

Two: Emails (and attached/linked documents) between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 related to how IDP relates to city housing policymaking generally (citywide housing plan, goals for affordability, affirmatively furthering fair housing, assessments about housing need, etc.)

Three: Emails (and attached/linked documents) between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 related to plans and discussions for affordability requirements in specific developments.

Will you be able to find emails in these categories? Based on your knowledge of the records, do you have suggestions of what search parameters would retrieve these emails? How many emails are in each of the three categories above?

I am following up on my updated request which I sent 10 business days ago.

In request 2, item 1 includes emails about changing the IDP even if they do not include people at landwiseadvisors.com. But after receiving the document in request 1, I can follow up about the 2nd reqeust.
