Nathaniel,
We are working diligently on this request. One of the reports, has at least 300,000 entries that need to reviewed for redaction.  I wanted to let you know that we haven't forgotten about you but it will take us at least another week to review the thousands of records.
Thank you.

Nathaniel
There are over 300,000 records that have to be individually reviewed for Public Record Law Redactions. I don't have an anticipated response date but we are working on it.
Thank you for your patience.

Dear Mr. Story,
I checked and we are unable to modify the request in the way suggested. We are however, working on them and will release on a rolling basis. I believe the largest file is being reviewed and redacted first and we have a big portion complete. Unfortunately, the way in which these records can be redacted is tedious. One record at a time. But hopefully we will have a spreadsheet to share soon.
Thank you for your patience.
Martha
