Public Records Request: KeyW Technology (Boston Police Department)

I wanted to follow up on the following Massachusetts Public Records Law request, copied below, and originally submitted on April 6, 2018. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Records sufficient to show the type, amount, and purchase date of all KeyW Corporation equipment or software possessed by the agency
2. Use policies and/or data retention policies for any KeyW Corporation equipment, technology, or software possessed by the agency
3. All contracts, purchase orders, and/or invoices between the agency and KeyW Corporation.
4. All emails between employees of the agency and representatives of KeyW Corporation.

KeyW Corporation is a cybersecurity company (https://www.keywcorp.com/).

Please limit all communication regarding this request to email. Please do not telephone me about this matter.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

Hi Camille,
I checked internally and there are no contracts for this equipment and no knowledge of this equipment at BPD. Therefore, there are no responsive records. If you could please update MuckRock to consider this request closed, that would be super helpful.
