Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Procurement records: Purchase orders for specific technology products purchased, including but not limited to GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, weather forecasting subscriptions, and any specialized sensors or cameras used on snowplows and bids or contracts with vendors who supply technology products for City of Boulder snow removal including purchase invoices, package slips, invoices, credit card statements, bank statements, and order confirmation emails
2) Operations manuals/procedures for Snow and Ice Control Plans that include specific use of snow removal technologies for tasks like real-time weather monitoring (weather data feeds, radar, and other sources for proactive planning), fleet tracking and management (GPS and telematics to monitor plow locations, optimize routes, and track fuel consumption) plow wing control systems that use technology for snow plowing, pre-wetting systems used to control the application of de-icing agents, and road condition sensors to detect ice, snow depth, and pavement temperature
3) Any research and development reports related to investments in research or pilot technologies for snow removal that demonstrate how the city is evaluating the technology's effectiveness

This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your email. You have reached the District Attorney’s Office. Our office prosecutes criminal cases in Boulder County. Our office does not handle anything to do with snowplows.

I would suggest you make your request through Boulder County or the City of Boulder.
