Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
For each calendar year from 2016 through 2023:
1. Any annual reports, statistical summaries, or database records that show the number of ex parte temporary injunctions for protection filed in Brevard County.
2. Any annual reports, statistical summaries, or database records that show the number of ex parte temporary injunctions for protection granted or approved in Brevard County.
If such comprehensive documents do not exist, I request access to or copies of:
3. The court docket sheets or case management system reports that would allow for the counting of ex parte temporary injunctions for protection filed and granted during this period (2016-2023).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
