Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
The proffer agreement drafted and agreed to between the Bristol County District Attorney's Office and Shayanna Jenkins a/k/a/ Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez granting her immunity immediately before the jury trial. Jenkins is the former fiancé of Aaron Hernandez who was found guilty after an extensive jury trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd in Bristol County, Massachusetts. In addition to the above mentioned file request, we request any notes or documents pertaining to Shayanna Jenkins' alleged involvement - if any - in the Aaron Hernandez trial.
We would prefer the request be fulfilled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
