Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
-All emails exchanged with Hacking Team (hackingteam.com) between January 1, 2010 and the date this request is processed.
-All contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for Hacking Team products from January 1, 2010 to the date this request is processed.
Per emails published by WikiLeaks, a Hacking Team engineer arranged a demonstration with the Broward County Sheriff's Office in 2013:

Two of these emails were between a Hacking Team account manager and Shannon Belanger within BCSO.
I am submitting this request in my capacity as a journalist. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I’ve been advised by our Information Technology Department that our system is not capable of performing key word searches across the entire agency email system. We can provide searches on specific BSO employees for a specific date range.
Can you provide the names of the employees whose emails you would like searched?

Hello -
In an email dated March 11, 2013, Belanger of BCSO requests that Hacking Team send "the official quote." In previous emails, Belanger likewise requested a formal quote and Hacking Team's "sole source letter." These document do not appear in the released emails. Please confirm whether these documents were withheld from the released emails. If so, please provide a justification under the Florida public records law.
