Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Dear General Counsel,
I am writing to request documents related to the criminal complaint about All Boys Aren't Blue by George M. Johnson and the resultant changes to the school library circulation policies, including minutes from the Nov 16, 2021 Board Meeting and the Nov 16, 2021 Board Workshop; any communication between school board members, school superintendent, school employees, general counsel, sheriff, and other city officials relevant to the case including emails, texts, phone messages, internal memos or other work products; minutes from the Jan 18, 2022 Board meeting and Board Workshop.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

3. Current Policies - these are set to be revised pursuant to recent
legislative changes requiring update to policies. The Board Will be
considering the final policy changes at their September meeting. The
policy changes have been advertised and awaiting public comment, if any.
