Are you wanting all ALPR plates that were run for all non-Texas plates or are you wanting all non-Texas plates run by police officers?

We are researching on how to fulfill your request of running plates for out-of-state plates by officers, the person that might have the access to do so is on vacation and will not be back in office I believe until next week.
