Good morning,

This is in regards to your public records request to the Burlington Police Department. We have gathered all of the responsive records and they are voluminous; there are 975 pages across 409 emails/attachments. I can use additional keywords or terms to narrow the content to materials that you are interested in. Without narrowing, the rough estimate to review these records is between $184.05 and $438.75. This is estimating one minute per document on the low end and one minute per page on the high end using the VT Secretary of State's Uniform Charges Schedule fee of $0.45 per minute.

Let me know if you would like to have me narrow by keyword or other search parameter and I can give you a second estimate.

Have a great weekend,
Joe

Hey Joe,

Thanks for this response. Could you narrow the search to emails containing the term "school"?

All my best,
Dan

From: Burlington Police Department

Good morning,

After adding the keyword “school” to the records and removing spam/advertisement emails it came to 46 documents across 153 pages. A rough estimate to review these records would be between $20.70 and $68.85 using same method as detailed previously. Would you like me to begin reviewing these records or do you have a different/additional keyword(s) to add?

Thank you,
Joe
