The Byram Police Department never made contact with Ms. Harvey. She still has an active felony bench warrant for shoplifting in our city. She arrested by McComb Police then transferred to Brookhaven Police. Brookhaven Police Department released her without notifying our department despite our custodial hold on her. We have been unable to locate her at this time.
