Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
All police and EMS dispatch logs generated since March 1, 2002 pertaining to any incidents that occurred at the Narconon drug rehabilitation located at 216 Mary's Lake Rd., Battle Creek, MI 49017. This facility is currently registered with the state as "A Forever Recovery" but has also been known to operate at this location with same owner and employees under the business name "Narconon Stone Hawk."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am in receipt of your FOIA request regarding A Forever Recovery. We are only able to provide logs dating back to 2006. Are you looking for a list of incidents that occurred at the facility or a detailed log?

I apologize our CAD Administrator has informed me that we actually only have records back to 2010. All previous dated prior to this have been purged from the database.
