1990-2010 Documents Relating to Gifted and Talented Education curriculum, instructional materials, studies, and classwork/tests

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am looking for any and all documents that would include details of the curriculum, instructional materials, classwork, or tests that were given to public school students, as well as any studies that were published using data collected from the students in the Gifted and Talented Education program in public schools.

The range of dates i am interested is anything between 1990 and 2010.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
