Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Agreements related to the beverage pouring rights, distribution, or sales on campus or in athletics venues or facilities. Including any related exclusive marketing agreements for beverage brands in those areas.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Kelly North:

We received your July 16, 2024, Public Records Act request for the
following records:

"Agreements related to the beverage pouring rights, distribution, or sales
on campus or in athletics venues or facilities. Including any related
exclusive marketing agreements for beverage brands in those areas."

The activity and related records for your request are administered by the
California State University, Fresno Association, Inc. (Association), an
auxiliary organization that is a separate entity from the university and
runs in accordance with California Education Code Sections 89900, et seq.,
and Title V of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 42400, et seq.
As such, this response is also sent on behalf of the Association pursuant
to the Richard McKee Transparency Act of 2011.

The Association conducted a reasonable search for records under California
Government Code §7922.535 and Education Code §89914.5 and determined that
your request either in whole or in part, seeks copies of disclosable public
records and makes available to you any that are public.

The standard duplication rate has been established at 20 cents per page,
irrespective of whether records are produced in hard or electronic format.
In this instance, there is no charge as there was no need to copy/convert
the documents to a PDF in response to your request. The records were
already in PDF format and are attached to this email.
