Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Recent reporting shows California has purchased billboards advertising abortion in states around the country:

Therefore, I request the following:
- Any advertising budgets, contracts, invoices, agreements associated with these advertisements
- A full list of out-of-state advertisements (with photos) for abortion.ca.gov
- A list of rejected advertisements (from any outside states/out-of-state companies), with any communications associated
- Internal design and graphic design review notes for the advertisements
- Any communications (email, presentations, letters, etc) with out-of-state advertising services
- Any emails to the governor or the governor's chief of staff from email addresses ending in "oklahoma.gov"; "sc.gov"; "texas.gov"; "sd.gov" from September 15, 2022 through the time this request is processed.
This will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
