Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Financial reports provided to NCAA from August 2022 till March, 2023
- Financial allocations/budget for football per year from 2010 till 2023
- Ticket sales from January 2021 till March 2023 for football
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

We received your *March 13, 2023, *Public Records Act request for the

We will let you know when we have gathered all the records. SDSU estimates
the records will be available by April 10, 2023.
If you wish to inspect the records at *the Administration Building*, you
may contact me to schedule a mutually convenient date and time. If you
wish to receive copies instead, SDSU may charge the direct cost of
duplication (20 cents per page). Once the records are located, we will
advise you as to the exact number of pages upon which any charge will be
based. We will require full payment before we begin the redaction and
duplication process.
