Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Body-worn camera footage of the arrest of the suspect who was apprehended following a pursuit and successful PIT maneuver in Tarzana on the evening of December 21, 2023. I have not been able to determine the suspect's name, but the links below may be of some help in identifying the case.
Specifically, I am looking for footage from the trooper or troopers who briefly pursued the suspect and tackled him after he emerged from his vehicle following the PIT maneuver. I would like footage from the time he emerged from the vehicle until about 5 minutes after he was arrested. However, if it is easier for you to just send me the entire recording of the incident, that is acceptable too.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
