6. Date
7. Number of attachments
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or link to a downloadable spreadsheet file if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Please find attached a billing letter based on records you have requested, as well as your original request for your reference. If you would like to drop-off the check personally and pick-up the documents, you are able to do so at the same address stated in your billing letter. Please know the hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Please let us know in advance if you plan to pick up the documents in person, so that we can have them ready. If you would rather send the check via postal mail and obtain the documents electronically, we will produce immediately after receiving payment.
