Dear Mr. Burton:

This is to acknowledge and respond to your California Public Records Act
(CPRA) request below. Attached are the currently outstanding requests. We
do not have a database/spreadsheet or policy/manual.

We redacted information regarding individuals to protect their privacy
pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20
U.S.C. 1232g) and Government Code Section 7927.700, which permits the
withholding of “personnel, medical, or similar files, the disclosure of
which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” In
this case, personal email addresses, and telephone numbers, as well as
student names, email addresses, and telephone numbers have been redacted.

Regards,

Janesa Shearer
