To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1 — any databases and/or spreadsheets used to track requests under the California Public Records Act from August 1, 2024 to the date of this request.
2 — any and all policy documents, manuals, memos and/or reports regarding the processing of public records requests from August 1, 2024 to the date of this request.

In the regard to the database requested in paragraph 1, please provide the database in its original electronic format pursuant to Cal. Gov. Code § 6253.9.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
