Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

+ all requests for voter registration information files between November 1 and November 15, 2022. This is to include both statewide and county specific requests. If this information is retained in a spreadsheet file, that works, provided the name of the requestor and their corresponding address and other public information is included.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for contacting the California Secretary of State with your public records act request of the Voter Registration Files from November 1st to the 30th.

After a diligent search, our office could locate the attached record related to your request.

The California Public Records Act permits the Secretary of State to collect statutory fees for the cost of producing copies of its records, which must be remitted at the time the records are requested. The statutory fees for reproduction of plain copies of the records you have requested are $1.00 for the first page, and $0.50 for each additional page, per record. However, we can provide the attached electronic copies at no charge.
